Paradise Run soup kitchen
Paradise Run is part of the charity Rainbow of Hope www.rainbowofhope.co.uk
. The main aim of the Paradise Run is to share the Gospel message and demonstrate it by the practical provision of food and clothing to those in need. Consisting of a mobile 'soup kitchen' run by volunteers from churches across Cardiff, every night of the year between 8.00pm and 9.00pm, it provides soup, sandwiches, tea, coffee (and sometimes clothes) and conversation for those with less. Sometimes those serving have the privilege of praying with folks.
RBC has two teams that go out every four weeks, one on a Wednesday night led by Alan James, the other on the next evening Thursday which is led by the Pantmawr Life Group. The Wednesday night group involves a food prep team which meets 5.30pm at our own church building and is made up mainly of young people from the church, and also a serving team who arrive at 7.15pm and take it down town on the church minibus.

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me
